Property is okay but no staff on the property. Some guests on the same floor were loud and we didn't feel like looking how to contact the staff. It's nice to have someone on the property to help with any issues.

I loved this property
I didn’t like dealing with the 3rd party parking. The property only has 8 spots the other spots belong to a 3rd party.

Room nice design. Towels had holes and long black hairs. Toilets had hair on seat. Strange stains on sheets. Nice to have clothes steamer in room.

Lance at the front desk was the only redeeming quality of this place. We played an outrageous amount of money for dirty floors, a towel that seemingly had BLOOD stains on it (I have a photo if you’d like a reference) and air ducts so dusty that one person in our group became sick. I travel for a big part of my living and I am relatively low maintenance and this was just so disappointing.

There were ants in my room……not impressed

The room had a terrible smoke smell..I ended up only staying one night then leaving to another hotel close by. Customer service was delayed in responding. Not having a front desk made this a very uncomfortable stay. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! The room didn't even have a single chair, so if you want to work a little its not comfortable.
