Absolutely adored my "apartment" for my Swiftie getaway. If I was not at the Superdome, I was on the roof sitting by the infinity pool that overlooks the city. I loved that the grocery store and the Superdome was within walking distance. Could have used one or two more hangers in the closet. The bed was scrumptious with plenty of pillows.

The property itself was fine. Loved the 24/7 lobby security, always very kind and accessible and very convenient location to get around New Orleans. The room was a bit colder than the photos lead on, more bleak than expected. And unfortunately, our unit didn’t have hot water and it took almost 36 hours to get it fixed. Roami was not communicative and it took me reaching out multiple times via text messaging and phone calls over multiple days to get it fixed. If I could rate the property itself I would say 3.5 stars, if I could rate Roami and their accessibility and helpfulness, I would rate them at a 1 star. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying at a Roami property. Just stay at a classic hotel.
