The apartment was nice. Very close to everything it great having the street car right in front of the apartment to get to everything. The only problem I had with the apartment is when we arrived we did not have washcloths to take a shower and the TV remote in the living room did not have batteries. Too many remotes laying around to the TVs that did not work. We did not have internet for almost two days which caused us not to use our TV. Did not have body wash but had hand soap, shampoo and conditioner! Why not have body wash or soap to bath if everything else was available? Sofa in the living room is very hard and bed in bedroom is way too low, very hard to get off the bed.

The apartment is beautiful! Nice and easy check-in with great instructions. I read reviews beforehand about the noise from the street car and how the balcony is hard to access, but I just wanted to say that it really isn’t that bad. If you have sensitive ears, then the noise from the crowds and the streetcar running late/early in the morning will probably keep you up at night. If you get the two bedroom apartment, then you won’t really hear any noise from the back room away from the street. As far as accessing the balcony, there was a review about how it was hard to lift the window, but it really wasn’t that hard at all and I’m not a super big or muscular woman. Also didn’t have to prop the window open with anything because the window stayed open, but I did place something down just in case. If your eyes are sensitive to light then you might want to bring a face mask to sleep with due to there being blinds and not curtains in the bedroom. In conclusion, the apartment is very spacious and beautiful, it’s very close to restaurants and everything that you’ll need, close to bourbon street and the canal, and it’s close to a street car station so it was a great stay for me. Download the Le Pass app for routes using the street car or the bus. Would definitely stay again!

My Stay In NOLA For Essence Fest 2024

The apartment was clean and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus space to sit outside, chill and people watch. Great view of 4th of July fireworks. Downside is to get on the balcony you have to lift a heavy window and secure it with a metal pole. Fortunately I was traveling with a friend to help me They really need to replace that window with french doors to make it easier to use the balcony. Another downside is the rooftop swimming pool is at a sister property, Roami at The Brandywine, about 9 blocks away. Lastly the supply area was not restocked on a daily basis. Overall nice property and 30 seconds from Bourbon St. I would stay again but at the sister property where the pool is.

Good stay

The place is nice and comfortable. Close to canal and French Quarter. Only down side is trolley is loud and starts early in the morning. So if your early bed great alarm clock. It’s very bright in the mornings. Only blinds no curtains.

They checked us into a room that had not been cleaned. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone for a long time. Gave us a “$80” refund which we never received.

I've been to N.O plenty times in my life and have stayed at some pretty good hotels but this property that we stayed at this trip is by far our new home away from home when we coming to visit. The location is perfect, the apartment was beyond perfect from the time we walk in the door. The high ceilings to the open floor plan. The bedroom exceeded my expectations, love the full kitchen and the big washroom. I'll be staying here for now on when i visit.

Nice, but staff wasn't helpful

Accomodations were spacious and conveniently located and basic needs were met, however communication with the hotel staff was poor. Response time was very slow and incomplete. They also painted the entryway while we were there and did not rope it off so we ended up ruining our shoes on the wet paint. We probably won't stay there again.
