Would stay there . It was unsafe and homeless camped out on the street in front of it. The current condition do not match the photos at all

toiletries hit and miss. no toilet paper in downstairs bath - had to find and take from upstairs back. no shower soap but plenty of skin lotion in shower. no shampoo in one shower. kitchen items not out away - were in dishwasher. sloppy housekeeping. otherwise place was nice and kept up well.

The property was just like the pictures. But my central air didn't work . Had to call customer service # she said someone would call me back they came the next day to look at a /c unit. Didn't help it kept going out. Other than that the Condo was Great!! 👍 Will come back again!!

Loved the aesthetics. Only complaint is the 2nd bedroom bed is super squeaky. Otherwise I loved EVERYTHING about it

Everything was overall nice. However, that particular unit could use minor repairs & both outside areas closest to that particular unit could use minor cleaning. Check in was easy, communication was awesome & location was superb!

When i arrived at 1100pm my family had to find somewhere to stay because the person never confirmed our stay

Everything in the home was nice. The only thing that could have been better is if televisions were in each bedroom. Only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a television and there was 1 television in the living room. I also didn’t like that there weren’t any clear check out procedures. No one responded to any of my texts before 10a to answer my questions about the check out procedure and I didn’t get a final receipt. To me this just leaves so many loopholes in the customer’s experience. Also check in is at 4p but check out us at 10a, that’s not a full stay. I think the check-in or check out hours should be adjusted.
