Overall my stay is good but a few problems one the mattress is hard on my back also the T V isn’t the right size for the rooms.

Hi Derrick, it appears that you had been complimentary upgraded on a previous stay. Our TVs in our regular rooms are the proper size according to Wyndham standards. If you wish for a future upgrade, please let the front desk know upon check in and you can pay a small fee for the upgade, thanks.

The Ramada is a good buy and it is conveniently located to all the venues that I need to visit. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I give it a definite thumbs up.
