I like the spacious apartment. It was very clean. The front apartment there is some birds in the trees that make noise at 5:30 am and woke me up everyday. People that work there does not speak English. I was out of soap for 5 days of my trip. Overall it is a good place and price.

Just ok
Posted 19 Jun 2024 on Hotelspool was disgusting the entire stay. Rooms were nice, beds were too low for my liking. Not enough amenities in the kitchen to cook anything with.

I had a beautiful stay at the Roami. I absolutely loved the room! The swimming pool was beautiful! There were just a few small issues that I felt needed improvements. The soap dispensers weren't all functionalable, we needed more towels and they weren't any left when we went down to get more. The washing machine had a bad smell. Otherwise, I will make this my home away from home.

Horrible “virtual” customer service!!
Posted 1 Jun 2024 on HotelsBe wary staying here! The front desk is virtual. I rented 2 adjoining rooms They were not stocked with any wash cloths or hand towels and we needed more bath towels. I had to txt a number to contact anyone and it was an automated txt so I was never able to talk to someone about getting our missing items! They kept telling me “the team” would get us the items and the whole time we stayed they never showed up. The pool was supposed to be open 8am every morning but it wasn’t The drains in a couple of the showers were plugged. The beds were decent, nothing really comfy but the couch bed was horrible and all of our remotes were not working at all!
The location was great, a grocery store was right down the street and we found an amazing breakfast place, bear cat around the corner from the hotel, definitely suggest eating there!
It all comes down to you cannot take real people and replace them with “virtual” employees! Hotels need to have a real person to help with customer service!! When we want things we want them now not 5 days later. I was able to finally get ahold of a real person the night before we checked out?? They wear willing to bring our items the next morning but that was the morning we were checking out LOL. That isn’t any help at all. It shouldn’t be that hard to get items that are missing from the room?!! They did end up giving a small refund back because of the trouble but I won’t be staying here again.

Rooftop pool was nice. Be prepared, no shade but nice and relaxing. Great communication.

Enjoyed the property and location of the property for the wife’s birthday “staycation”. Only issue we had was upon arrival. Code for front door did not work, room was 85° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals. We would book again besides that as the location and property were great
