We stayed at this location years ago and stayed again when trying to find somewhere affordable the weekend of Taylor Swift. If you go in with realistic expectations you’ll be happy. It’s nothing fancy, but was a very very affordable, safe, mostly clean (floors could’ve used a sweep/swiffering) option for an otherwise expensive weekend. I would stay again if/when I came back to Slidell!

On our second night stay, there were roaches in our room.

The property was tidy and the room was clean. The room and bathroom were very small and there was no vanity area, only the small sink in the bathroom, which made getting ready for the concert very challenging. The only walking spaces in the room were very narrow strips between the beds and at the foot.

I understand i got our room at a great rate however i saw what they were charging guests who booked directly through the motel and it was outrageous. Our room had mold, the shower leaked water all over the floor, the rooms were musty, they charged for common toiletries that most hotels and motels dont charge for. They housekeepers did a great job with what they had to work with and were very friendly however its very clear that they aren't using the profits of the motel for improvements. Thank god we only paid $70 because I would have not stayed there otherwise.
