Our suite was dirty upon arrive
No door on safe
No tolet paper holder
Shower was slippery and no where to place your essentials, had to put on floor.
Curtains in living room area was about 1 ft. Too short so others could look in.

Love the Nola charm of the place, one day the hot tub wasn’t functioning, but the next day it did. Shower head was terrible only about half the holes worked for water to come out, faucet was about ready to come out of the wall everytime you moved it. Comforters stained and instead of replacing they just covered up with a sheet. Had to ask 3 times and took over a day to get clean towels. Other than that not a bad place to stay.

No hot water in my room for the first two nights although it was reported day by day. They fixed it on my last night calibrating the shower water mixer because I demanded a room change. Terrible breakfast facilities and food availability.

All the staff was awesome! But the whole property looks like it needs a bit of an upgrade. The lobby furniture was stained and worn down. The room was ok but needed a good detailed cleaning also the some pf the towels had stains. But I will say it on our last day we saw trucks go in with what looked like furniture so I have high hopes for next time

The Maison was really great for New Orleans ambiance and awesome in location to walk to attractions and restaurants!!!!
There were alot of homeless people out at night. Walking back to our room from the French Quarter, we were told by a construction worker to "Be Careful". It qas quite unsettling

The furniture was dirty the doors didn’t work but the worse of all the staff was ver unpleasant not welcoming the staff at the restaurant was very rude. I would not recommend it
