Hotel feels outdated. Service is okay at best. The hotel is located in the center of the city

This was one of my favorite hotels we stayed in. I loved that our room had a bath and gave us bath robes. It felt super swanky. The only reason we stayed is because I had a discount thru Expedia. However, the staff were not very friendly and we had a hard time even understanding them. But the bar was nice, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. And our room was very clean and nice

This is one of my favorite properties to stay at while in New Orleans. The property is elegant, clean,and the staff are always smiling and welcoming.

I had an excellent check-in with a friendly staff. We had to wait on the Valet but that was not a big deal at all. Breakfast was terrible. Cold room, cold food and zero warmth from the host who also served us. Check-out. I used the text service and requested my car and was told no cars were being brought out at this time. We went down and I waited at the vacant Valet Desk, while two women worked the main desk mostly talking to one another. After 10 minutes I asked if the Valet Desk was closed and was told “Oh we didn’t see you there!” They saw me. The women took my name to get my car which came after another 10 minutes and was not announced on arrival. Given the Valet is around $50-$60 a night the process was an unprofessional mess. Sad to see such a great start end in failure.
