The staff was nice but our experience was horrible. The room was not cleaned right. I took a video when we got there of hair all over the sink. Looks like the person who stayed there before us shaved and housekeeping didn't clean it. There was also a noodle cup still sitting int he microwave and a paper top from a ramen noodle cup was on the side of the bed. There was a sign that the elevator didn't work. We had issues with our keycard too. Our card deactivated everyday we were there and so I had to keep gowing downstairs to the lobby to get our card reactivated again everyday. The cealing and walls were all bubbled up as if it had major water damage. There wasn't very many people staying there when we did but I went to the lobby to ask for another towel and the guy said they didn't have anymore available.

Hoy, olvidamos una cartera. Regresamos lo mas rapido posible para recogerla y ya no estaba, no nos quisieron dar acceso a revisar. Ya habian limpiado. Supuestamente no vieron nada, cuando muy sospechosamente antes de pedirles acceso no habian limpiado ni nada. Las señoras de servicio muy racistas con los mexicanos. Las llaves nunca sirven. Hacen menos a todos nosotros, la verdad pesima experiencia. Y muy triste porque a uno le cuesta mucho ganar su dinero de forma honesta, para encontrarse con este tipo de personas. Espero que alguien lea mi reseña y decida hospedarse en otro Hotel

The workers were very nice, thats the only thing that was nice about this place! Our room key only worked once a day, no ice in the whole facility, our bed spread was white with stains. The refrigerator froze our drinks, there was barely any hot water. The juice machine wasn't working on one side and they didn’t put a sign on it so everyone tried to use it a d got sprayed with water! The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the room and building was old and dirty looking. Terrible place to stay! DON'T STAY THERE!!! IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON!

Hotel room had a smell that didn’t smell good, hotel door was broke I couldn’t use my key card always have to go to front desk each time I need to get in my room

This property is horrible, the only positive thing is that the staff tries to accommodate for the hotel issues but aren’t able to make decisions and must wait on the manager. We booked 6 rooms and every one of them was horrible. Definitely gives me crack head vibes.
