Amazing place to be, in a beautiful city. Even through the tragedy the people were as helpful as can be. Would recommend to anyone.

We managed to snag street parking right across from the hotel. We had a great stay, staff was nice, room was clean. The stairs were a little steep, but managed OK.

I have never stayed in a facility where there was no person at the front desk after around 7:00. There was a phone # to call and she showed up in 6 minutes and was ready to help. We enjoyed our stay. It has a small courtyard that is a great place to sit and rest after walking in the French quarter all day. If you have others in your group it would be a great place to gather before the next adventure out.

The bed was super comfortable. Loved the old charm of the hotel. Staff was great. Always had fresh hot coffee and bottled water.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean, safe and so much historic charm. After much research searching for the best location, we went in with this lovely hotel and we were not disappointed, this location is unbeatable! Highly recommended!
