Staff were exceptional! We had an issue with our key card and door... they worked efficiently to get it sorted!

The location was perfect walking distance to our local attractions. Breakfast was nice. The amenities were superb. We enjoyed the full kitchen.

Front desk people were very nice and everytime I request for something they do it immediately.

The room was spacious and clean. The room was clearly not attended to properly. The master bed had sheets on it which did not fit. There was no sheets for the pull out couch. I the called the front desk for sheets and blankets but after waiting for hours took what I needed from a maids cart.There was no silverware in the kitchenette. Most of the dispensers in the shower were empty. The problem in this place is the management. There are only six cards for the laundry facility. So unless you pitch a fit don't expect to use it. The maids take up all the washers and dryers since they do their laundry in there as well. Eventually after a ton of stress and a call to corporate a team of maids came to set up the room/beds right. The cards to open the rooms door stopped working and one night it took 50 minutes to access our room. It's just nonsense. I lost about four hours of my vacation due to the understaffed front desk. The manager was supposedly never there or late...The weekend was a different story. Tons of help buzzing around. All I can say is they have some really excellent staff but the management needs work!
