Our bathtub faucet was not working right. Also the toilet kept running and we always had to jiggle the handle

The room was sooooo musty and full of mildew that I had to leave and get another room at another hotel. Spent about three hours in the room and it got to the point where I almost couldn’t breathe. Bathroom was disgusting as were the appliances and carpet. Would never ever stay there again. Only good thing was the guy at the front desk. He was very nice and accommodating but that doesn’t make up for anything I described above.

Room smelled like its been vacant for a while, but other than that the stay was very pleasant.

The staff was nice room was nice not to bad of a price went for the eras tour and they were all decorated out lots of swifties and positive energy and were able to check in early to get ready

Great staff ! Wonderful breakfast ! ! Clean , clean, clean… very pleased !
Jamie on front desk made us feel welcome and went out of her way to place us in a first floor room . 👏👏👏

The room was not like my other room I stayed in previously there. The door half closed and was hard to open and closed. Like someone had busted up in there before

Quiet, convenient to area activities and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would recommend.
