Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and welcoming, slept great in the bed. Very comfortable and pleasant experience. This will be my go-to when I return to the New Orleans area.

I love it’s always clean. It’s always very nice employees. I always stay here every time I’m bk home visiting family. I was staying at this hotel before I moved out of town. I love it and anytime I need a hotel I’m booking here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience, leading to a three-star rating. The staff and cleaners were absolutely phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a lovely variety of options that set us up for the day.
However, the room itself left much to be desired. There was a noticeable smell of mildew, which was quite off-putting, and the carpet definitely needs replacing; it was stained in multiple places. The toilet seat was always loose and the cover came apart. These issues detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
Despite the room's shortcomings, I would consider staying here again, hoping that improvements and upgrades will be made. With such great staff and a lovely breakfast, I believe the hotel has great potential!
