Our reservation was made in July, the property has new owners as of September. Upon arrival at check in we were told of “new rates” which were $300 higher. They tried this with several guests with NO communication prior to arrival. After plenty of protesting, they finally honored the reservation price. Never experienced anything like this before.

Our TV did not work, the door did not lock. I also got downgraded from a suite at the hotel I had a reservation for, to a much smaller room. I also still had to pay $150 for incidental and $100 for parking

No refrigerator or microwave in room no face cloths Have a bar which wasn’t open. Rooms way too small bed is three feet from shower

A very unique and cool building not far from everything you could want to see in the French quarter. The neighborhood felt very safe and all the staff were attentive and kind. I would stay here again if I ever come back to NOLA.

I was charged $69 for breakfast that they didn't have and they haven't refunded me yet. I stayed there two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that refund plus a $100 deposit. The bar was never open in the three days I stayed there. Their excuse was short staff. The Internet was terrible.

They were really inconvenient in almost everything. My room was outside the main hotel area. The elevator where my room was located did not work so I had to carry my things myself. I asked multiple times for the receipts for my hotel and they NEVER provided it. The breakfast was not always available bc the chef that cooked it wasn’t always there. They had some leaks and other infrastructure issues that cause it to feel like you were walking on damp floors. My room wastturned over properly and I had to walk to the main building to get blankets that should have been in my room. As well as there were no ice buckets, no mini fridge and no microwave all amenities I thought would be inside my room. Apparently it’s only in some rooms not all. I was very disappointed by the in person experience verse what I thought I was booking.
