Nice property, beautiful lobby. The room I stayed is was a little smaller than expected. But over good hotel.

I booked a 1 king bed room and was provided a double bed room. As the front desk auditor that was working stated that things are done before she gets to work. If I booked through a third party she would need to see confirmation to change the rooms. I’ve used Expedia multiple times and I’ve never had this experience where the reservation was not in the system.

We will ensure to correct the agent in question to make sure this behavior and type of responses aren't what any guest experiences. I do see that they were able to switch you over to a king room, I have also refunded the 1-night preservation fee and well as a partial room + tax refund for the inconvenience.
