Room was in okay condition had to clean the counters and fridge upon arrival loading dock across the road is kind of loud in the mornings other than that it was very comfortable and spacious.

Went for Jazz Fest. Was looking at hotels a bit outside of town but happy we paid the extra to stay here. Right on the edge of the French Quarter, great location. Nice to have full fridge/stove/washer/dryer. Side note: Be careful on Bourbon Street! We had our wallet and cell phone stolen.

I want my money back. The property wqs not ready to go and I had to find other accommodations.

Other than location this place offers little. There are no place to put your clothes, not a single drawer in the bedroom, three hangers in the closet, your luggage had to be in the floor since there was no place to put it other than that. The furniture at the dinning room and living room is uncomfortable and of poor quality. The kitchen is nicely appointed.

Lacking towels and clothes detergent
Posted 26 Mar 2024 on HotelsTwo people had reservations at the condo for 6 days and 5 nights. We were provided just 3 towels and TWO washcloths. If you're not going to provide adequate towels, then provide clothes detergent so the few items provided can be washed and reused.
