I'm staying here before because our son goes to college nearby. After I booked the hotel, I got an email that the elevator was out. I was on the third floor and had to walk up and downstairs with all of my belongings. It was a very nice gentleman at the front desk That offered to help carry things up, but the fact that you don't discount at all when something like the only transportation up and down the building is out is a little crazy.

HUGE ROOM, great price! Breakfast was amazing and staff was very accommodating any time we needed them. Would stay again!

Great stay! In town for new year at casino with family. Spring Hill was super convenient, very friendly staff! Super clean kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good and convenient as well! Only reason for the 4 star rating was because of elevator temporarily out of service but we were made aware ahead of time and were moved to 2nd floor when originally booked on 3rd, which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely consider in the future! Thank you!

We were so happy with our choice to stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was awesome and the dining area was comfortable with large TVs to catch up on Sports. The indoor pool was like a sauna, the room and pool was nice and warm, they had pool towels, and I could look out the large window at the snow over the lake. The rooms were a great design for 3 people and someone working remotely. The room had a nice sized desk and office chair that was separate from the area with the beds. The room also had a fridge, microwave, sleeper sofa and 2 TVs. My only complaint was that I found the bed to be too firm for me, so I had trouble sleeping. Also, the elevator was not working and lucky for us, we were on the first floor, because if we were on the 2nd or 3rd floor, that would have been a problem with luggage and stairs. All in all, for the price and the choice of hotels in this area, you can't beat this one!

Our stay was really good, the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the elevator was not working. Rest was good, staff was helpful and friendly
