Adequate accommodations but in need of an update. Old furniture and TV. Soap dispenser for sink was mounted on wall to the far left of counter area - too far from sink.

We always enjoy staying at this property because of the closeness to our daughter's college and the various freeways to travel to enjoy the area.

Checking in was pretty quick and painless. When my daughter and I got to our room, which was clean but smelled VERY strong of some kind of room freshener, we found there wasn’t a single towel to be found. The front desk person told me I could come down and get some from her so I did and she told me sometimes when it’s been busy they forget the towels. The only other complaint was that if you want a hot shower you aren’t going to get one. Warmish was all we got. The property seems to be in a rough area and although there was probably stuff close enough to walk to we opted to not find out. The place seemed clean, the beds were comfy, we didn’t try the onsite restaurant. Not saying we wouldn’t stay there again but if there was a similarly priced place in a nicer neighborhood we would probably pass on this place.

The front desk person was very personable when I checked in on 10/26/2024 @ 1:30 -ish. I was early and she suggested some great places for me to see. Very happy with her recommendations!

I had stayed at this location 8-10 years ago and they have updated the property .( ) I booked this through Expedia. It’s more money even with a discount for less amenities. Cashless and ala carte pricing. No hand sanitizer to be found during flu season/ COVID uptick. No towels by the pool or fitness center. (~)
