First room was not fixed/cleaned from prior reservation. New room had bugs, so checked out early but hotel would not refund the remainder of my prepaid stay.

We had a good stay! Everything was clean, breakfast was good, and the workers were very friendly and welcoming.

Entire staff especially Susan made sure we had everything we needed. Didn’t like we had to go through days inn to get to hotel

They put me in a room that hadn't been cleaned. There were no towels or soap.

We apologize for the inconvenience but the room you were first assigned to was a diamond member that had a late checked out at 2 pm. The housekeepers were gone for the day. We did move you at once to a clean room. We look forward to your next stay with us.
