The staff at this property are very courteous, and friendly. However, the property is under construction and the carpets in the rooms desperately need to be cleaned. I couldn’t walk around barefoot they were that dirty.

The property was nice clean,and quret the staff was very professional, and helpful I will definitely stay there on my next visit and courtes

The only thing is the stove timer did not have a knob. Other than that. Everything was great.

STAY AWAY!!!

We made a 4 night reservation based on online photos. When I arrived and saw the condition of this place I didn't feel safe checking in. This hotel is bad. They refused to refund my money. Over $500 wasted; but my safety was more important. On top of everything the staff was extremely rude.

Mr. Dean,As discussed previously, Our hotel followed policy by not providing a refund of a prepaid, nonrefundable reservation. We understand the frustration regarding the booking. However, the stories have continuously changed regarding the experience your wife had when coming to the hotel. Notification was sent regarding the hotel's renovation. While we strive to provide top notch customer service to all of our valued guests, sometimes we fall short of that due to policies that are in place. However, our team has never been accused of being rude. The majority of the time when guests leave reviews, the welcoming nature of our team is a top compliment. We do hope that your family found a property that was better suited to their needs.
