The employee tried to charge me again for the room which I already paid for. He had no clue how to check anyone in. Then Was placed in double queen room when I bought a king room. Then when we got switched to a king room....the heat didn't work so we needed to get switched back to a double queen.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with a variety. Nothing fancy but a nice place to stay.

Facility needs upgrade. Stained carpets, gouges in walls, worn furniture. Room door latch not working right and staff admit they knew it was broken when they put me in the room.
