Tony and Jesus where very pleasant kind and helpful....room was cleaned everyday....a little bit dated but great shower ....fridge and coffee machine....near to bus stops...burger king...lidl...and beach...hard to get a drink or food at beach so take a cool bag....hotel does not let non residents use the restaurant...my only complaint is the accommodation boasts a restaurant on site which is also mentioned with pics on the HOTELS.com website...the restaurant is closed with no signs of opening which was quite disappointing...

HelloWe are devastated by your comment. To begin with, it is not necessary to take a cold bag to the beach to drink a beer, wine or eat fish or meat. You have the beach bar Antigua and the Pepe and Barraca Beach beach bars a few meters from each other, but if you don't want to spend money, a cold bag is much better. Another thing that is not true is about the restaurant. The restaurant has been closed to the public since the pandemic in 2019 and those in charge of the hotel since they communicated it and it is very clearly specified in HOTELS.COM that it is closed. This website does not appear on the restaurant's closing hours or days, although it does appear in the closing section of the establishment that is closed. Read when you make the reservation what is related to the hotel and you will not have any more surprises. We also do not understand your disappointment since at 100 meters you can dine at the Bistro, Chinese Restaurant, La Trattotoria or at Giovanni or in the many tapas bars that are around it. He also had no problem for breakfast since I repeat there are numerous cafeterias at your disposal. Also tell you that both in Spain and England it is prohibited by law to smoke in the rooms for that you have a balcony a few centimeters from your bed. Also remember that we are the most economical hotel in the area if you need more services you should choose a higher category hotel but it means tripling the price of your reservation comparing what you pay here. Frosty start but warmed up
Posted 21 Oct 2018 on HotelsForgot to book my son in the room and the hotel didn't accept kids, bit frosty response to this but they soon came round and were very friendly. The location is pretty terrible and won't stay there again for that reason.

Great little hotel!
Posted 29 Jun 2016Owner extremely helpful and room was nice and comfortable. Lovely view from balcony and rooftop terrace of the nice park garden in front of hotel. Restaurant very nice looking, unfortunately was close the day we visited. Quiet residential area away from the tourists. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Short drive to main road and beaches. Would definitely recommend!

A jewel
Posted 9 Apr 2016 on HotelsI know this has already been told many times in these reviews but the place is a real jewel. It's like visiting old friends. The hosts are really friendly and they tell everything you need to know about the services and environment. We were travelling with a car, staying for two nights. Parking place was easy to find in the area, and the town of Estepona was just 15 minutes away. The rooms are small but cozy, very quiet and just enough for a couple, for a short staying. Highly recommended!

Posted 24 Mar 2016 on HotelsVery comfortable bed and pillows. Very good shower. Friendly welcome. Excellent food in restaurant and nice service. No breakfast but good coffee maker in room with cake. Would definitely recommend, enjoyed our stay.
