When I got there they said it was no rims available like I didn’t book in advance

Well you did not have reservations first. And if we don't have any room not available then we will tell we don't have no rooms . So please make reservations

Never Again
Posted 17 Apr 2020 on HotelsThis place hand stink bugs and spiders all over their rooms. Some alone some dead. I had to inspect three rooms before I could settle for one that was somewhat bug free. The rooms are gross, there are holes in the walls. The security latch on the doors where non-existent. The internet did not work at all so I was disconnected from the world. Horrible horrible horrible! Never again!

If you had still problem you should came back to front desk and let us know . But we flag those customers who stays whole night then they complain . We block them . Thank you

Budget hotel, close to shopping and food. One route to Norfolk.

STAY AWAY.
Posted 24 Jun 2019 on HotelsThis is a terrible, terrible hotel. Nothing in the hotel was clean, and the bathroom was a horror show. The area is sketchy/possibly unsafe. We turned around and left within 10 minutes of arriving, even though it was late at night and there were no other hotels available within a 2 hour drive.

well we are sorry but if you dont tell us how we going to know and if you did told us we can do other place to stay since we had only one room left. and again we are extremly sorry.
