I paid extra to get a king bed room but I got the 2 queen bedroom which was cheaper than what I requested.

Beautiful lawn area on the river. Plenty of outdoor seating.

I booked through Expedia and everything seemed good. A month after my stay, I received a charge from Courtyard for the full price of the room on the card I left for incidentals. Since I had already paid for the trip on Expedia, I called and Courtyard and spoke with Cynthia Garcia who was horrible. She refused to listen and could not understand what happened even though ai explained multiple times. When I got distracted (no cussing or such), she hung up on me. Very poor customer service.

My room was not good. Toilet constantly ran. The sink was stopped up. The room had an odor in it. Not all the TV channels worked and the Wi-Fi never worked. I could connect, but there was no internet. For $259 a night, the quality was ridiculously low.
