Room had a smell ,the toilet did not work , the door did not lock ,the ironing board had a big stain of what look like old blood or something!!! Not to mention the description on the property aid breakfast! Lady in the front office said we’ll only of the vender comes and sets up if not u can make coffee in ur room !! WTH!!!! horrible property, and service and cleaningness

I’ve stayed here several times before. Yes, it is older but the rooms are clean, the location is great and you can’t beat the price if your intent is to just site see or visit family as I do.

Only good thing about this property was the front desk girl the owner was nice as well but i figure she has to due to all the lies that mentioned in amenities . hallways an rooms have living an dead roaches THERE IS NO FREE WATER just a cooler with a huge lock on it with water , nor is there a wet bar an if you consider cereal or an apple breakfast then yeah it has breakfast.upon arrival we were given "bad towels " (an front desk said they were not good towels) because if we messed up good ones our deposit wouldnt get returned. So we politley accepted the insult as if were not good enough for clean fresh towels. I have yet to check out but my rn my main concern is my deposit an that im not held responsible for anything i didnt do. Im really disappointed expidia lied about the free water , wet bar , an breakfast, an clean linen. Id never stay here with my kids ever again . to whom ever dose i hope your good enough to get fresh clean towels with no holes.

The hotel was not clean, the room was hot, when we turned on the room's ac the fan speed was stuck on low and was not blowing cool air. The person at the front desk sent us to another room which had the same problem. The outside temperature was 95 degrees, do not understand why they didn't turn on the ac before we got there. She was also very brusque and unhelpful, we decided not to stay and found another hotel. My Expedia app went offline or something and I could't contact someone to find out about a refund. I was very unhappy with all aspects of my booking.
