This is a nice hotel to stay in Batumi, basic, simple, huge building, prime location excellent view, good a/c, we were impressed with the room we got, staff speaks fluent English, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, miss Keti in guest relations was always following up our stay and looking after us, very friendly she was essential part of the grading. 2 elevators were not working and the line to get to the 40 floor was long, the elevator floor number doesn't match with your room floor number... a number mismatch, Bell boys the day we arrived we very rude, ignored us trying to find if we were in the right complex, construction in the vecinity and no parking is a drawback, foul smell from sewage overflowing and visible from next door building is very discusting (isnot orbit fault) no room service, but home delivery apps work fine, we had an over all nice stay, we will stay again in Orbi.

We had a two-bedroom apartment on the 31st floor. Apartment was spotless, newly furnished and comfortable. But the property was chaotic. Reception is a shambles. Staff generally not in any sort of uniform - difficult to tell who works there and who does not. A few very helpful people; also a few with their feet up and playing with their phones while guests jumped the queue demanding attention. Construction around the property so very limited pedestrian access, - difficult even to cross the street. Basically, this is not a hotel but a collection of centrally managed holiday apartments. Sadly not well managed because it could be amazing.

This place was over crowded. Not enough staff. Waited almost 20 minutes to get on elevator. Human traffic in the balding is terrible and extremely overwhelming

Terrible Customer Service. The reception personnel quite rude with customers. Absolutely helpless. They clean the rooms ONLY every three days. Even if you request to get your room clean, they won’t do it. It took them two days to bring toilet paper and towels to the room (I am not exaggerating). We have to buy toilet paper at the grocery store. They always lied about everything: anything you request at the reception: they always sayid: “you’ll get it in the next few hours”. They never showed up.You have to go to the reception several times to remind them about your request. The lines of people waiting at the reception to get help were INSANE.I have never experienced such a TERRIBLE service. Not even in a motel you get such a bad service. In a scale from 1 to 10 they don’t even get 1. The smell of trash outside the building is unbearable and the loud music until 3-4 a.m make your staying a nightmare. There is nothing compared with what they offered on their website. I never write reviews but I have to write this one to let people know in advance how terrible this hotel is. I hope they change the whole management team and reception personnel. They are very aggressive, disrespectful and never help with anything you need. Not even with the basic needs that a hotel should offer (toilet paper, towels, hand soap and iron. To summarize, please find other options where to stay because this property is the worst one in the whole hospitality industry.
