Problems with key entry, couldn't use jacuzzi as it was dirty, musty/mildew smell

Set in a beautiful Harbour, it was a perfectly relaxing time for the couple days we stayed!

Loved this property! My only complaint is that we had no idea where to go to get keys and passes.

Updated & Quiet Retreat

Just a short stay over the weekend to attend my nieces 18th birthday in the area and really enjoyed the Windjammer Villas. It's been years since we stayed here and the villa has been updated with much improved décor and very clean. The amenities at Fairfield are very nice as well and always enjoy the harbor area. See comment below - suggest some units be updated for handicap access or ADA compliant bathrooms. My parents love to visit also and could benefit from handicap accessible accommodations.

Just Okay

The unit needs updating. It looks like the last time it was updated was in the 80s. All the furnitures, wall paper, decor, appliances are old. The toilets have rings around them and the master tub does not drain well. So water accumulates while you take a shower. But we loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit. We didn't have to come home with dirty laundry.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding your recent stay. Your comments have been addressed with our housekeeping staff and correction action has been taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Our condominiums are in the process of being renovated through phases. The unit you stayed in was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit overlooking the lake. Approximately half of the condominiums have been renovated at this time. We regret that the high demand of our summer season prevented you from staying in one of the newer units. We do hope that you will stay with us again in the future.
