Was in town to visit family. Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay next time in town.

Property is convenient to highways but not convenient to historic, downtown New Bern. Beds were high for my sister, who is a short, older woman. There should be small step-stool for getting onto the bed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was the most expansive I’ve seen at a hotel facility. We will definitely return here again if we are in need of accommodations in the future.

Everything about this property was great. Even when the AC in our room was not working properly, the hotel staff made it right by moving us to another room of the same size.
We have no complaints whatsoever. When we make it to New Bern again to be with our family, this is where we want to stay.

Super nice! We were just passing through town but glad we picked this hotel! Area is really nice too!
