Everything about the hotel was on point. Nice people, clean room, excellent hot breakfast.
The only minor inconvenience was that the water in the shower didn't get as HOT as I like. Not a big deal, but something I noticed.

They don’t clean the room

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, there is not a hot tub like in the photos and the pool was freezing! There is an indoor pool but it is not heated or the heater was not on!

Staff at front desk were cordial and helpful. However, paper towels in the public women’s bathroom were not refurbished the morning I left even though I reported them the night before.
And the wall over the trash can in our room had food splashed on it.
The original room assigned to us stunk. The staff immediately assigned us to a new room.
