I stay here every time I come to town it's the cleanest hotel so far in new Bern, North Carolina that I've stayed at besides one ther one❤️

Michael and Becky was wonderful as always And the new girl Allison too she was really nice. I love staying at the Candlewood. It's always so clean. My go to hotel 💙

I really enjoyed my 7 day stay. My suite was quiet, clean & stocked with everything I needed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future!

The room was very nice. Besides the people staying next to me, slamming doors thru out the day and night. My stay was excellent. Front desk staff were very friendly

It's a nice clean property, staff is nice . It was under construction for remodeling but was out of guess way .

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful; from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. At check-in, Preston was very helpful and attentive. Throughout my 5-day stay, Michael was very professional and exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was being painted on the outside and the wind blew some of the paint mist onto my uncles truck and Micheal was able to settle it with the manager without incident. We even shared several laughs together about my room key (inside joke). I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back real soon. My only regret is that I didn’t get to say goodbye to Michael before checking out because he wasn’t there that day. Nonetheless, keep smiling and being your best, happy, hospitable self Michael.
