Staying at Tera Cave Hotel in Gorome, Cappadocia was a life time experience that we needed. From the tours to the most pleasant atmosphere and scenery was so very beautiful. The hotel and the room provided was just the one we needed and the staff was always on hand to help out in service we needed. Great communication and most convenient, cannot express in words but would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. Hopefully in the future will re-visit as the main point of stay. Thank you and well wishes.

We liked this place so much we stayed an extra night. AMAZING breakfast. Great variety, delicious salads and spreads every morning, wonderful eggs/omelets. Our room was huge and quiet, bed was super comfortable, and we loved the little cave-y details around the room. We had one small issue with bits of the ceiling in the bathroom falling into the floor and onto our things (grit/sandy material), but not sure if this is a fixable issue since the room was directly below the kitchen/breakfast area so I assume it was falling from the vibrations of people walking above. Overall, however, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't really affect our stay (we also did not inform the hotel about this). The staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Spectacular views from the terraces and hotel is close to amazing restaurants.

Great property, all the staff is so nice and eager to help. Clean property.
Excellent breakfast, with many options including, fruits, salads, pastries, coffee and tea. Also, a table with appetizers and tea during the evening.

Our stay at Terra was really good. The only issue was the shower in the toilet that didn't appeal to us. Upon complaining to the management they were really friendly and helpful as they offered to change our room (but there wasn't a room of the size that we booked) so they offered to get the whole room deep cleaned. The management even gave us a complimentary wine that was locally produced for our trouble. Overall the staff and team were really helpful and polite. They did check up on us and how our stay was going.

Amazing cave hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered! They were there to answer our million questions, help us book tours, and even call other locals to ask questions on my behalf. Best hotel breakfast I’ve seen with even an omelet ordering station! It is a cave hotel so dirt/dust does fall from the ceiling, particularly in the bathroom in the room we were in. I would recommend putting in cubby shelves to keep towels and toiletries clean to make your 10/10 hotel a 12/10 hotel!

Love it
This is probably one of best hotels in Cappadocia and location is amazing i booked one of their suites and had a balcony as well , very very great location and property staff was very helpful from the check in to check out so thank you very much , we arrived earlier at the hotel since our flight was early and airport was around 1 hour and ten minutes away.
I loved each time tgat Icame to hotel and spending time in that balcony was lovely it dosent matter if it is evening or morning or during the day i enjoyed so much
Room service was great our room hot taken care every day so thank you , definitely if i come again to Cappadocia ill be back to this hotel ❤️
