Great staff and great breakfast/food. Staff was incredibly helpful with coordinating my stay. The property was beautiful with amazing views and great photos. My room was clean and charming. The area was good but a bit inconvenient since it was a bit isolated.

Very disappointing. Didn’t seem anything like 5 star- not sure how they got. 5 star rating. Tried to switch our room- had to convince them to give us the room we purchased. The beds were very uncomfortable and AC barely worked ! I would never stay there again.

I would like to point out that when you look at room pictures, you are not looking at just one specific room. You are looking at all the rooms in that category. So you book that category. Not the specific room you like. We give our rooms as a category in order to avoid any problems with room blockages. We don't know who chose which room. If there is a room you specifically want, we are trying to help you when you contact us. This hotel is just beautiful. Great for taking pictures both inside the property and from the hotel's view - specially when ballons are up in the early morning. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to the wifi or to my own mobile data while in the room, only in the common areas, even though the staff told me it would be solved - I just think there isn't good reception in the room. Tour packages from the hotel are highly recommended. Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Great location and fantastic view of the balloons. Only issue is that non guest would crowd the terraces.

It was a great property with nice views and multiple rooftops. The staff was excellent and the property was clean and neat. The only concern I had was the curtains were a little see thru and the bedding needs improvement
