Stayed here as a female solo traveller. I felt very safe, staff was always responsive and helpful. Clean place and a 5-10 min walk from the city center. They even let me check in early and upgraded my room for free

Staff service is very poor. Reception guy not friendly at all. We reached at 1 pm and they said check in time 2 pm and room not ready. But they didn’t give me the keys until 4.30 pm. I visited reception several times and ask for keys, they said not yet ready we will inform you once it’s ready. But they never called.
Then I said it’s already 4.30 I haven’t received the keys yet, they “yes I know”. That’s all no sorry or apology.
Then after they give me keys I said can anyone help me with the luggage. No response at all. I had to ask so many times then someone came and get me the luggage.
So disappointed with service.
However- Very nice, kids friendly, relaxing atmosphere, dining experience, friendly pool area.

However, on the day of your arrival, all rooms were still occupied due to a combination of late check-outs and the hotel being fully booked. Our housekeeping team was working hard to prepare the rooms as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, this caused a delay beyond our usual standards.We regret that the lack of communication and the delay in providing your keys caused you frustration. We will use your feedback to review our procedures and improve our communication with guests during busy periods. I don’t know why this property is rated highly. I was disappointed by the quality for the price I paid. The A/C didn’t work well, which resulted my family being tired the next morning. The twin bed was very bad and hurt my back. The room was interesting, half cave and half stone.

And when we ask you if is there any problem with the room, with the hotel.. You always said there is no problem. We could've changed your room if you said these problem to us. Anyways thank you for helping us to imrprove ourselves.

We checked in on Friday, and today is Sunday. We have not received room cleaning service during our stay. This morning, I complained to the receptionist, who assured me they would send a team to clean the room once we left. We left the hotel at 10:30 AM and returned at 3:30 PM, but to our surprise, the room was still dirty, and no one had come by to clean it.
When I spoke to the manager, his response was even more disappointing. Not only did I not receive an apology, but he also claimed that cleaning services prioritize vacated rooms over those of staying guests. This explanation does not make sense, especially since it is now 3:30 PM, and this is not a large hotel. We have been here for three days and have not received any cleaning service.
As a family of four, room cleaning is essential, and I am not requesting anything beyond the usual service. I have traveled extensively, and cleaning has always been a standard part of hotel service. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

This hotel was a good hotel, it might have not been one of the best ones in Cappadocia but definitely a good hotel to stay. Room was clean. A nice swimming pool was a good addition. Very traditional design and good room service.

Positive:
• Great location.
• Room photos matched the advertisement.
• Rooms were clean.
Negative:
• Limited hot food options at breakfast.
• Staff was generally good, but I felt pressured to buy tours and taxis from them, with quotes often higher than market prices.
