I stayed for two nights at Carus Capadoccia and really loved the place and the room. The staff were great, especially the restaurant staff where I ate breakfast and dinner both days. I stayed in the Carus Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it for anyone visiting Capadoccia. If you’re not staying in the hotel, then I highly recommend dining at the restaurant.

Property is super nice and as soon as you walk in, you know that every dollar you spent is going to be worth it. In reality the hotel looks even prettier than the pictures. Staff are super helpful, welcoming, humble, and respectful. Their restaurent is also pretty much with same kind of staff. Loved every second I spend there.

Carus Cappadocia was the most beautiful and unique hotel experience! The room was lovely, the only downfall was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, but that wasn’t really a major problem or concern throughout our stay, it would have been nice but again no big deal! The restaurant breakfast was out of this world, I don’t even usually eat breakfast but got up every day just to enjoy the beautiful cuisine they served! The hotel itself was stylish and clean, staff were kind/helpful and made our experience very pleasant. Fatma in the restaurant was incredible she really made you feel like you were always her priority no matter how busy she was!

Very convenient location, close to everything dining, shops, tours. We got a classic cave room and it came with a big tub and separate shower and toilet. They give you 2 free bottled water per day and nespresso coffee is refilled daily. Breakfast spread is great and you can request how you wanna cook your eggs. Fatma is great and always greets you with a smile!

My husband and I stayed at Carus for 2 nights and it was amazing. Such a warm welcome by the staff - they even arranged a hot air balloon for us last minute (via Brother Ballon - which we also recommend). The room was so unique but had all elements of a luxury hotel (slippers, robes, Nespresso). Breakfast was also delicious. The location is wonderful as we were able to walk around the town for lunch and dinner. Pool and sauna are a bit small but maintained very well.
