"Front desk and dining room staff are all courteous and helpful. I have stayed here for a week to 12 days in four of the last 5 years and will return. The dining room is very good and we enjoyed the newer menu. After a snowstorm I asked to borrow a shovel to move some snow from our rental vehicle. When the front desk person got one for me he volunteered to do the shovelling for me. It wasn’t a big deal for me to do it but I most certainly appreciated his offer to help."

"I love best western I really do, the lot was a mess, we didn’t get the cot we requested nor did we get the towels we requested, and we were only told once we arrived that bc we booked with a visa debit we had to pay $200 upfront. It was weird. The pool had waaaaay too much chlorine and nearly choked me before I even entered the pool area and it was extremely hot, there definetly needs to be someone checking in on that area a few times a day at least."
