" Check-in Staff member was lovely, friendly and helpful. Only 1 chair for a double room and no small table or bench. Fridge was off and turned on needed a full day to cool. Ensuite shower had no shelf to place shower items on. Curtain rod mount was broken and rod just sitting on bracket..... Breakfast was self-serve but hygiene standards were not a priority.....need we say more.... TV remote buttons were all worn out and unable to work out which button did what..... "
