First tried to put us on 3rd floor. No A/C, smelled terrible stale, elevator did not work, A/C in room did not work. After asking for new room (or refund), was placed on 2nd floor. It was better, but not great.

There is an elevator, but it was in need of repair. Guests on the third floor had to call down to the desk to have the elevator sent up to them as the call button did not work. We were on the second floor and the soda vending machine was out the entire week we were there. The buffet breakfast was better than most of the cafes in the area. Very nice and most convenient.

My non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and the breakfast could include more items. The window screens have some holes and it was confusing on if the room thermostat or window fan controlled the temperature. Also, there’s a serious problem with the hot water in this hotel. I stayed a few weeks ago, too, and the showers were cold then, as well. My room was, also, missing an iron and check the Nevada raceway schedule, before booking, or you’ll be awake until midnight listening to noise from the racetrack.

It takes a while for the hot water heater to warm up for the shower and housekeeping might not visit your room every day, so make sure you request all the towels and other items you might need, upon arrival.
