Location was great, room was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The only 2 things which could be better are the pillows and towels.

Nice old heritage building. Close to the river and a few minutes from the zoo and botanical garden. Just 20 minute walk to the city centre and cathedral.
No bath tub in my room, room quite small but comfortable.

Most of our guests need a shower not a bath tub, that's why we only have showers in the room.
