Only one complaint—never did get the email from latch—-but the staff here are so friendly and helpful, it all turned out okay! Comfortable room/apartment. Loved the full kitchen and laundry. Amazingly quiet for a city room. Clean. Fun! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very nice hotel. Some of the staff need a hospitality class as not very welcoming.
One staff refused to give us some ice for our room and when we insisted he asked us how many cubes. He was not shy to show his exasperation with us and it made us feel very uncomfortable.

Like the hotel and the staff. Very clean and good breakfast. The downside is that there is no parking and the neighborhood isn’t the best to say the least. If you travel by train, it’s very convenient because the station is right there.

Mainz is a cute town, and this place is right across the street from the train station and walkable to all the tourist things to do in the area.
