Aesthetics were nice. We stayed 2 nights. Our sink was broken when we got in the room. Went downstairs to have someone fix it but no one came to fix it. It was tricky to have to brush our teeth in the tiny sink where the toilet was. Also the room was warm and muggy. The air was “locked” so we just had to deal with it. No phone to call front desk and after running around all day, we were too exhausted to go back down to the front desk especially since we did so the night before without any resolution.

The staff was cold and there is no phone in the room, you have to go up and down to check on anything. There is no iron no fan nothing in the rooms.

The hotel offered no complementary coffee nor was there a coffee maker in the room. No fridge no ice anywhere. Bare bones. The shower was a separate room in the bedroom with a glass door. Not recommended if you’re sharing a room with a friend.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms were very small and minimal. There were 2 beds, the shower was in the bedroom with a glass door, there was no safe, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no Kleenex, no lotions and no closet. If you want ice, forget it. There isn't an ice maker on the premises, not even the restaurant.

During business trips I care about having a table in the room, so this hotels fits. Spaceous room, huge bathroom equipped even for disabled people, great selection for breakfast, convenient underground parking. All good.

Der Eingangsbereich mit Rezeption ist zu eng, wenn Anreisende am Check in stehen, kommt man kaum ins Hotel. Zimmer sauber, Anordnung Badezimmer nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Abgetrenntes WC, Waschbecken und Dusche (zu niedriger Wasserdruck) im Zimmer. Da wäre ein gewöhnliches Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche hinter einer Tür praktischer gewesen. Unklar, warum das so konzipiert wurde. Jede Menge TV Sender, aber kein MDR!? Frühstücksbuffet ist Selbstbedienung, allerdings müssen auch die Tische vom Gast abgeräumt werden. Buffet wurde nur sporadisch aufgefüllt, Rührei gab es, kein Bacon. Endlich mal ein Hotel mit ausreichend Kaffeemaschinen. TOP! Wenn man etwas bemängelt, liegt es immer am Budgetstandard, den man gebucht hat. Wobei ich 120 EUR inkl. Frühstück pro Nacht nicht unbedingt als Budget bezeichnen würde. Es war ganz nett, aber nicht meine erste Wahl, wenn ich wieder ein Hotel brauche.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel mit für Stadtverhältnisse annehmbaren Preis-Leistunsverhältnis. Einziger Negativpunkt ist vor allem das Personal bei Check-In/ -Out, welches im Kontakt unfreundlich war. In anderen Bereichen wie dem Restaurant und Zimmerservice sehr freundlich sowie höfliches Personal.

Super Hotel und sehr feines Zimmer. Nur bei der Toilette hat der Architekt nicht richtig überlegt. Wenn man in der Toilette steht, bekommt man nicht mehr die Türe zu, da der Raum sehr klein ist. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
