All cutlery and plates that you might need. There were body lotion and hair conditioner (which is important to me) in the bathroom. I taken out the point for the room being dusty "

No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. "Do not go there …if you are there leave now Place full of bed bug as soune as you close de light the bath was disgusting all dirty … The manager never came back to me afther I hask for a other room .. we had to leave the place in the midle of the night because it’s they was so much bed … from big bug to very small one … I do not recommande this place !"

"Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "

"The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. The boiler, about 8-10 feet from the ground needed to be rebooted to provide hot...
