Very pleasant female receptionist when we checked in with bikes but she was unable to offer secure bike storage without checking with her supervisor which she did. Problem resolved with bikes stored in conference room. Thought about spending a second night and suggested to the male receptionist in the morning that a solution would be to store them on the balcony. He was very abrupt and very rude saying it was not possible. At that moment we decided we were not going to spend another night there. Would suggest some serious customer service training. Breakfast and staff were great. Would not recommend this hotel if you were travelling by bike.

Hello Keith, Following your message on another platform, we are very surprised to see yet another negative comment from you. It's a pity because, as we explained earlier, we found a solution to your problem directly at check-in. In fact, we offer a place for bicycles in our inner courtyard (locks available on request). There's also a secure bicycle parking area a few steps from the hotel. You can find all this information on our website. For the extra night, the room offered was indeed rented out the next day, so we couldn't offer you the same alternative. It's really sad to give us such a bad mark when your stay went so well; “Great breakfast and staff”. Which is rather contradictory. Yours sincerely,

Clean spacious room, coffee machine in the room, although very hot day when we went but still rooms didn’t feel hot without AC .

In fact, for a 3-star hotel, our buffet offers a wide range of choices. We have 5 types of cheese and various cold meats (hams and turkeys). We also offer bircher, fruit salad, 6 types of cereal, fresh fruit, crêpes, 4 types of bread, croissants and pains au chocolat. There are also boiled or hard-boiled eggs and yoghurts. As for drinks, we have coffees, teas and hot milk, as well as orange juice, apple juice and multi-fruit. Finally, our honeys and homemade jams add a little sweetness to your mornings. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Neuchâtel. With our best regards,

Great location one block to the water. Staff were superb in check-in and check-out. Finding parking was a bit difficult .

Room was excellent. Breakfast excellent . Slight problem when we returned to the hotel one day about 4pm and the room had not been serviced so had to phone reception and then it was dealt with.
