Beautiful area and hotel room was nice.
However, our room smelled really bad and asked the front desk repeatedly (about 3 times) to go clean it or fix the issue. Nothing was done until we complained for the 4th time where the cleaning person found out it was coming from the shower drain. Staff didn’t take me seriously until I complained a few times and found it annoying. I rarely complain and just was annoyed.

Conveniente. Bien localizado. Espectacular vista. El staff, el mejor, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a habla distintos idiomas. Desayuno completo no incluido pero riquísimo.
