Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. Someone did arrive shortly after 2.30 and gave us a key to room and side door. By the time we left at 11am on Wednesday we saw no-one reappear in reception.
