"Great suite, but the check-in desk was unstaffed when I arrived, so I spent a very irritating 20 minutes out on the street, unable to get through the locked door leading into the hotel. The phone number to call for assistance was not working on my 1 phone. They need to fix this; check-in should not be so difficult. How about a simple door code?"

"Super stay with truly amazing views. Whilst a steep walk down to the beach and back from the property it was well worth the effort as a fantastic beach. The fact that we had the beach all to ourselves on the first day was an added bonus. Great walks from the property. Property was very well equipped and Gary a lovely welcoming host. "It was a nice enough place but would have liked to known it was on the top floor of the whole building. We had no communication on how to actually get in the building and with the check in etc so had to phone the owner themselves which took time and would have been helpful to have all of the info in an email. There was also no soap to wash our hands with which isn’t great after covid and all… also please note you have to pay for street parking which is expensive in my opinion "
