The fridge in the room was not cold
The room temperature could not be changed by the room thermostat
When I requested service two times someone came and said there is nothing that can be done
When I went to front desk to complain we resolved the fridge issue by my requesting ice
Re the temperature nothing was done i developed a serious cold as a result of the cold temperature .
Other than that the room was excellent clean and staff were extremely courteous.

Horrific!

Expensive buffet breakfast was an omellette thrown at you, the pastrys' were unchanged during our 4 night stay. No bar no restaurant, they want to charge you for bottled water even though the advert says it is free!
