Nicht empfehlenswert, alt ,dreckig , unfreundlich.
Posted 16 Jun 2019 on HotelsMafia ähnliche Verhältnisse bei der Anreise mit dem Auto , man darf nicht bis zum Hotel fahren und wird vorher abgefangen von diversen Parkhändlern, danach geht es mit unfreundlichen Personal mit einem Elektrofahrzeug zum Hotel. Miserablen Empfang , Zimmer riechen feucht und sind total veraltet und eklig. Buffet Essen ist absolut Grenzfertig. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the hotel. Elenite holiday village is a car free area and no cars ale allowed inside. This is why it is quite preferred resort from young families with children. As an ex Iberostar hotel, we are proud of our beautiful reception and our rooms. It is very sad that they were not according to your taste. We normally feed around 400-500 people in the hotel and everybody is happy with the food.
