Water in the pool was very cold. Wifi not reliable.All Barcelo hotels should offer the same quality of service but this was not the case in sunny beach hotel

The hotel is really good and I would of rated it excellent if it wasn’t for the dirty pool area. The pool itself is great but lots of litter being left from the day before. Not enough bins around the pool area.

The pool area is nice and the room is large, but the furniture in the room does not belong in a five-star hotel. Very outdated, very ugly. I also had to wait one hour past my check in time for my room to be ready and got no apology or anything from the front desk. They did not show any concern. Food in the buffet was ok.

DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER 😞

I was initially quite excited for our stay (I travelled with my mum and my brother), however it turned out that it was not that great after all. Let me start with the good points - the food was amazing! Great diversity and suler tasty and fresh, also the staff in the restaurant were veru polite, with exeption of one extremely miserable woman who told my mum off for taking a couple of fruits on the terrace on the lobby and 5 minites later ingnored ankther tourit who had a whole plate of food at the pool. The room was dirty(video peoof available with dry yellow liquid on the toilet seat, thick dust on the furniture, broken glass on the balcony and actual mould in the shower cubicle... Most of the staff there look as if they do not like their job and the way the speak to you is unacceptable! Manners people, manners will take you a long way!! The pool was lacking beds and umbrellas die to covid they said which was understandable. Location is good but prepare to pay for your parking. In my opinion this hotel should be awarded no more than 3 stars!

I was appalled at the room we were given. I had booked a studio suite with a king size bed. This turned out to be in a semi deserted block at the end of the shopping mall attached to the hotel. It was scary going there in the dark each night, taking the lift to the 3rd floor, which was also deserted and dimly lit. As for the king sized bed, it turned out to be two old wooden single beds pushed together. Not attractive and certainly not comfortable. The reception staff and manager listened but refused to change us and as we were two females (my daughter and I), we felt let down and vulnerable being in a different building to the main hotel.

Please note that all the studios are located in the side sections of our complex. All sections are with direct access to the pool and garden area, the Pool Bar, the Sports Bar, the Lobby, the Reception, and the Buffets. Our complex is a closed one and our Security department is controlling the access through a key card system and monitoring all the premises through a video surveillance system. The common areas are illuminated with motion-sensor lamps and we are sorry if you didn't feel safe as the safe stay of all our clients is one of our main priorities. Please be kindly assured that our Reception Manager is striving to satisfy the requests of all our clients as soon as such a possibility exists. Still, at the beginning of September, our complex has had a high level of occupancy. We are sorry that you were not pleased with the bedding, your comment will be certainly taken into consideration by the Management team. good hotel. The reception hardly answerd the phone. One of them was rude and yelled at me not to call there and hunged up on me. So i went all the way to reception to get soap because the house keeping did not leave us few days!

Bad sleep!

When I make the reservation I have the option for my bed, I choose king size bed but i get 2 separate beds and very low quality, my back painful very morning

I’m never going back again

The weather was normal ,the service rooms nit good at understedmind not answering any questions or the phone the not gives keys for the room if you forgot your key in the room no towels afternoon the food not testing not clean but the local and the view from our room was excellent
