All of the staff at the Villa Flamenca were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! We like walking, and everything was close enough to walk to, including the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We also had a meal at the hotel restaurant and it was great. They offer a good happy hour and we liked the nachos. We got the basic room and it was small, but that’s common in Spain so we are used to that. It was clean, which is what we care about most. Will stay here again if we go back to Nerja!

Very nice hotel, obviously recently redecorated, really good choice of breakfast. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Dear guest, We do not know what could have happened and we regret you have that impression of our hotel. We understand that a treatment as the one you describe, should have been brought to the attention of the hotel management during your stay, as we don't know when, where, how many people or what specific problem you must have had with the hotel. You could have made use of your rights as a consumer by requesting the claim and complaint form specifying what went wrong. Hiding under an anonymous comment is respectable but not very uplifting and credible, specially when hotel staff try at all times to make clients feel at home. Anyhow, to consider us as horrible people is too hard description for us. Best regards,
